Screen Savor

Flock to this flick.

Cinema East
At the French Legation Museum
802 San Marcos St.

We all rolled our collective eyes when we found out Kimye's baby name.

Avoid north and west this weekend and head to Cinema East, the annual outdoor summer pop-up film series on the lawn of the French Legation Museum. The come one, come all atmosphere allows for all ages of person (and pup) to settle in picnic blanket style to watch independent festival-circuit films. Pre flick, nosh fresh, organic produce from local vendors, and stick around après-reel for a Q&A with the filmmaker. With a $2-5 "pay what you can" ticket price, and the invitation to BYOB, you'll far from regret nixing Netflix for the night.

We bet you'll find your way without carrying a compass.
